If you're in your 50's, 60's or 70's and wish you were in better shape and better health, here's your ticket.
What if there was a pill you could take that would make you get up and go workout every day whether you felt like it or not?
Now there is. I'm that pill.
I'm going to be that pill that makes sure you get your butt out of bed or off the couch and stay consistent day after day, week after week, month after month.
Because if you want to change your body and your health, you need to get started. And you need to develop a habitual ROUTINE.
Working out and getting in shape is a lifestyle. It's not something you do for just awhile. You do it for the rest of your life. You see, working out, getting fit and in shape..
It's a MIND GAME.
It's mostly mental.
If your mind isn't in the right place neither will your body be either.
Your mind is either your best friend or worst enemy.
And when you hit your 50's your mind really starts playing tricks on you.
I'm too old for this. I'm too old for that.
You look at yourself in the mirror and you're disgusted and disappointed with what you see.
You don't think it's possible at your age to look any better.
You think it's just 'normal'.
Being out of breath just walking up a flight of stairs.
Your health getting worse year after year.
A medicine chest full of your prescriptions for every ailment known to mankind.
You've resigned yourself to just getting older and accepting any serious health issues that come your way (and if they haven't already they will!).
But here's a news flash. It's not normal.
It may be common but it's not normal.
If you're out of shape it's because you live a sedentary life style. I should know, I've been there.
100 years ago you couldn't have lived like you do if you wanted to.
You drive everywhere. You watch TV for hours. You sit at your computer for hours.
And you get little to no exercise.
And you wonder why you don't look and feel better.
So, question..
Are you going to continue on like this until they bury you in a pretty cemetary plot...
...or are you ready to commit to change?
Your mind will probably tell you you're not ready.
Maybe next month or after the new year.
Maybe after [fill in the blank].
It doesn't matter what your excuse is it's just an excuse because you really don't want to put in the effort to change.
Or maybe you're convinced you don't have enough hours in the day to get in shape.
And that's a shame because literally in less than an hour a day you could have a whole new life.
A life you thought after hitting your 50's (or 60's or 70's) was impossible for you to have.
But if you're sick of making excuses here's what I'm offering you:
The Steel Cut Gym Mind Experience
Here's how it works:
1. We start with your one on one evaluation. We create a custom workout plan just for you and your lifestyle and situation. Depending on your current fitness state we'll start easy and slow and gradually work our way up to more challenging workouts.
2. I then hold you accountable. This is where the rubber meets road. We get on the phone once a week. You will stay consistent because if you don't you have to tell me your excuse why you didn't stick to the plan. Eventually you'll get tired of making excuses and then the amazing results will follow.
Pretty simple right?
Getting in shape isn't rocket science.
And outside of hiring an expensive personal trainer to force you to workout every day I'm your next best option.
So take this offer very seriously. It's truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Because once I'm fully booked I won't be abe to take on any new clients.
This is about changing your life for good.
This is about developing a no-excuse, consistent routine that over time will make you stronger, healthier and much happier when you look in the mirror.
It's literally about shaving years of aging off your body.
It's about adding years to your life. Healthy years.
A little about me and why I'm qualified to help you
I was introduced to weight lifting at home because my oldest brother had a set of weights in his room. I'd mess around with them and I liked it. I also saw the amazing results my brother was getting and I wanted to be like him.
It wasn't until my early 20's though that I actually started working out in a gym (as well as jogging and other exercises).
But my mind wasn't completely right.
I'd skip workouts. I'd miss days, weeks even months of working out.
I wasn't doing things right and would get injuries that would take weeks to heal.
I'd be so focused on my career and making money I neglected my health.
It really wasn't until my 50's that I realized CONSISTENCY was the problem I needed to overcome. I needed to make working out an unbreakable routine.
I knew what I needed to do I just had to stop making excuses and do it.
I had to stop allowing every little life set-back or financial challenge to keep me from working out.
I was finally able to start being consistent and it's been worth it in every way.
I'm 68 and still have girls half my age checking me out :)
It's great for the ego.
So, believe me when I tell you I completely understand where you may be at right now.
And because I understand I also know exactly how to help you.
So if you're ready to quit making excuses and start taking action sign up now. Not later. Not after the new
year. Not after the holidays. Not after whatever your excuse is.
Because AFTER will be followed by more afters. I guarantee it.
You know it's true so quit fighting it.
You need to start TODAY or you never will no matter what you say.
You know I'm right don't you?
Today marks the end of your excuses forever.

FAQS
Q. What kind of workout will I be doing?
A. It depends on you current health and condition. It will be some type of aerobic exercise and some type of weight resistance. We'll figure that all out in the one on one evaluation.
Q. What about diet?
A. One thing I know for sure is once you start working out regularly you won't want to waste your workout by eating a whole pizza. But diet, like exercise is a personal thing so we will evaluate that as well. I personally don't like diet plans. They're difficult to follow. It's best just to eat a little less if you're overweight and not worry so much about what you eat. But let's get you exercising first and what you eat and how much will be much easier to manage.
Q. What about supplements?
A. Supplements are called supplements because they're supposed to 'supplement' the foods you eat. I see too many people who think that this vitamin, mineral or herb or that one will give them health and vitality and cure all their physical problems. Of course lots of times they convince themselves of this because it just so happens they sell the stuff. And there's NOTHING wrong with that. But don't let making money get in the way of truly healing and helping your body with exercise and good food. If you've got that down then of course keep selling and taking as much of the stuff as you can.
Q. I'm in really bad shape and don't think I can do any type of exercise.
A. Nonsense. We'll find something that works for you no matter what shape you're in.
